RecruitingGenius (“we”) operates the hub and isolated recruitment workspaces for each customer company.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, company name, billing plan.
• Recruitment data you or candidates submit: resumes, applications, assessment answers, notes.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, audit logs, and security events.

3. How we use data

We process data to provide and secure the service, improve reliability, support customers, and comply with law. AI features analyze recruitment content only to deliver scoring and recommendations within your workspace.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use infrastructure providers (hosting, email when enabled, payment when enabled) under contracts that require appropriate safeguards. Each customer workspace is logically separated.

5. Retention

We retain data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, billing, and legal obligations. You may request deletion subject to applicable law.

6. Your rights
