RecruitingGenius provides recruitment software including AI-assisted screening, job management, and candidate assessments. By creating an account you agree to use the service only for lawful hiring purposes.
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your workspace. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of candidate and company data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that data to operate the product, including automated scoring and recommendations. You must have a lawful basis to collect and process candidate information.
Do not misuse the platform, attempt to bypass security controls, scrape other tenants, or upload malware. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans renew according to the billing period selected at signup unless canceled. Features and limits are described on the pricing page and may change with notice.
The service is provided “as is.” AI outputs are assistive only; hiring decisions remain your responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect damages.
